摘要 非营利组织进行市场化运作已经成为第三部门的世界潮流,作为全球“结社革命”一部分的我国非营利组织也正在积极进行市场化运作。但由于非营利组织自身失灵的存在和政府监管的缺位,我国非营利组织在市场化运作的实践中陷入了目标错位、公共服务质量严重下降、日益面临信任危机的困境。通过多种措施强化政府责任,可以有效地促使非营利组织走出困境。 The marketization of non-profit organizations has been an international trend for the third sector. The non-profit organization in China, as a part of the global "Associating Revolution", is also marketing actively. However, as the result of the malfunctions of the non-profit organization and the lack of government supervision, it is facing the dilemma of missing its goal, declining sharply the quality of the public service and confronting increasingly the trust crisis. To enhance the government responsibility by various means can help the non-profit organization to break off the dilemma effectively.
