臀肌挛缩症的诊治及临床分型——附46例报告

DIAGNOSES AND CLINICAL CLASSIFICATION OF GLUTEAL MUSCULAR CONTRACTURE-A CLINICAL REPORT OF 46 CASES

本文报道４６例臀肌挛缩症，男２８例、女１８例，均为双侧发病。本文就此病的诊断标准，临床分型及手术方式进行了讨论，认为此病应早期手术治疗，松解挛缩的组织。

cases,28 male and 18 fomale,of gluteal muscular contracture in both hips are reported in this paper.the diagnostic criteria,clinical classification and surgical approaches are discussed.It is suggested that early surgical treatment be carried out to release the contracted tissues.clinical classification of the disorder has been put forward in this paper.
