摘要
报告经颈内动脉灌注榄香烯治疗恶性脑肿瘤１１例，其中胶质瘤９例，转移癌２例。治疗后复查ＣＴ比较瘤体变化，肿瘤完全消失２例，肿瘤缩小５０％以上５例，肿瘤缩小不足５０％３例，肿瘤增大１例。缓解率达６３．６％。
cases of malignant brain tumors were treated with intracarotid infusion of elemene.Among them 9 had gliomata and 2 had metastatic cacers. Sized comparison of the tumors were carried out after the treatment with the help of clinical tomography.The results showed that the tumors were totally eliminated in 2 cases,reduced over 50% in 5 cases, reduced less than 50% in 3 cases, and enlarged in 1 case. The relief rate was 63.6%. and there were no side-effects found in all the patients after the treatment.
