对目前我国教育公平问题的若干思考

Reflections on the present education fairness of our country

教育公平问题是关乎众多社会成员生活命运的一个重大问题。我国教育中的不公平主要表现为三个方面。教育不公平现象的主要根源在于国家与政府价值观念影响下的相关政策、管理的不完善与教育内部的不当行为,教育公平的缺失会导致弱势社会成员受教育人权的失落及人性的麻木,阻塞他们改变人生命运的通路,持续拉大社会发展差别和贫富差距;教育公平的缺失意味着国家协调发展能力的不成熟和社会共同体对人的精神生产(包含教育)重视的不到位。

Education fairness concerns the fate of numerous people. The education unfairness of our country finds expression in three aspects. The main causes for this phenomenon lie in the imperfect relevant policies and management under the influence of the national and governmental value concept and the improper behaviour within the education organizations. The lack of education fairness causes loss of human right of education of weak groups and humanistic numbness and impedes them to change their fate .of life, thus enlarging the social development gap and the gap of poverty and wealth. It also means the immatureness of coordinative development ability of the state and neglect of the spirit production by the social community.
