350例尖锐湿疣的CO_2激光治疗

LASER TREATMENT IN 350 CASES OF CONDYLOMA ACUMINATUM

采用ＣＯ_２激光治疗尖锐湿疣３５０例。经激光一次性治愈３０８例（８８．０％），２次治愈２４例（６．９％），３～６次治愈１８例（５．１％），总治愈率１００％。激光治疗后的创面愈合良好，无疤痕产生，对器官的正常解剖结构及生理功能无影响。

A total of 350 cases of condyloma acuminatum were treated with CO_2 laser. Among the total,308 cases (88.0%) were cured completely after a single treatment, 24 (6.9%) were healed after 2 treatments, and 18 (5.1%) were remedied after 3 to 6 treatments.The total cure rate was 100% in this study. The wounds healed satisfactorily and no cicatrices were found after the treatment with CO_2 laser. The normal anatomic structure and physiological functions of the organs remained intact after the therapy.
