苦黄注射液对急性胰腺炎患者的肠道保护和抗炎作用

Protective and Anti-inflammatory Function of Kuhuang Injection on Intestines of Acute Pancreatitis

目的:探讨苦黄注射液对急性胰腺炎患者的肠黏膜防御屏障和炎性反应调控的干预作用。方法:71例急性胰腺炎患者随机分成对照组36例和治疗组35例。对照组给予常规治疗,治疗组在上述治疗的基础上给予苦黄注射液治疗,观察治疗前后内毒素、TNF-α、IL-6的变化。结果:两组血浆内毒素、TNF-α、IL-6在治疗后均明显下降(P<0.05),而治疗组的疗效优于对照组(P<0.05);两组IL-2在治疗后均明显提高(P<0.05),而治疗组明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:加用苦黄注射液治疗急性胰腺炎较单纯西医治疗更有助于调节免疫功能和减轻急性胰腺炎时的急性炎性反应,从而改善机体内环境,促进急性胰腺炎缓解和康复。

Objective：To explore the protective and anti-inflammatory function of kuhuang injection on intestines of acute panereatitis （AP）. Methods ：71 eases of acute panereatitis were randomly divided into the treatment group and the contrast group. The contrast group was treated by the normal western medicine and the treatment group by Kuhuang injection additionally. The variation of toxin, TNF-α, IL-6 and IL-2 in the blood plasma was observed before and after the treatment. Results：The toxin, TNF-α and IL-6 in the blood plasma in both groups were obviously redueod after the treatment. The curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the contrast group. The IL-2 in the blood plasma in both groups were obviously improved after the treatment. The improvement in the treatment group was much more than that in the contrast group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion：Adding Kuhuang injection has better curative effect than the sole western medicine on adjusting immune function, relieving the acute phlogistie reaction of AP, reducing the level of toxin and TNF-α and then improving the inner condition and accelerating the healing of AP.
