摘要
针对豆粕中核酸含量低且被严重破坏,DNA难以提出的问题对CTAB法进行优化,有效地从豆粕中提取到可以用于扩增反应的DNA。同时定性检测出外源调控序列CaMV35S启动子和NOS终止子及目的基因Cp4-EPSPS序列,成功建立了豆粕中转基因成分的检测方法。
As the nucleic acid in soy meal was destroyed and the DNA in soy meal was difficult to be extracted, the conditions of method CTAB were optimized and the DNA in soy meal for enlarge reaction in transgenic factor detection procedure was efficiently extracted. Meanwhile, the sequences of promotor CaMV35S, terminator NOS and target gene of Cp4 - EPSPS were qualitatively detected. Thus, a detection method of transgenic factors in soy meal has been established.
