磁性附着体静磁场对人牙龈成纤维细胞形态的影响 被引量:6

The effects of static magnetic fields generated by magnetic attachments on morphologies of human gingival fibroblasts

摘要 目的:研究牙科磁性附着体静磁场对人牙龈成纤维细胞形态的影响,为磁性附着体在人口腔中的临床应用提供指导。方法:采用细胞静磁场加载装置,分别模拟闭合磁路、开放磁路磁性附着体的静磁场,对体外培养的人牙龈成纤维细胞加载10mT、120mT静磁场12~60h,倒置相差显微镜观察活细胞形态及分布,HE染色后光镜下观察细胞形态。结果:对人牙龈成纤维细胞加载10mT、120mT静磁场12~60h后,细胞形态大小和分布特征出现不同程度的改变。随静磁场加载时间延长,细胞胞体收缩变小,胞浆突起变短,磁场照射区细胞数量减少,出现细胞稀疏区。结论:磁性附着体静磁场在本实验条件下能使人牙龈成纤维细胞形态发生一定程度的改变。 Objectives: The present research aimed to investigate the effects of the static magnetic field (SMF) generated by dental magnetic attachments on morphologies of human gingival fibroblasts (HGFs), thus to guide the clinical applications of magnetic attachments in human oral cavities.Methods: In vitro cultured HGFs were exposed to 10mT and 120mT SMF simulating those of the closed-field and open-field magnetic attachments respectively for 12-60 hours in a cellular SMF exposure system. Control group cells were cultured outside of the exposure system and were exposed to geo- magnetic field of about 0.03-0.07mT. After SMF exposure, cells were observed under a phase contrast microscope and then were HE stained and observed under a light microscope.Result. There were certain changes in the shapes and sizes of cells, and cell distribution characters for HGFs after exposed to 10 mT and 120 mT SMF for 12-60 hours. With the exposure time extended, the cells shrank and the cell process became shorter, the number of cells decreased, and cell-lacking areas were formed.Conclusion: The SMF of magnetic attachments could lead to certain changes in morphologies of HGFs in this study.
