摘要
目的:运用大白鼠模型探讨三种化疗药物所致的皮下损伤的病理过程、分级标准及最佳处理方式。方法:将126只大白鼠随机分成两组,一组用丝裂霉素、阿霉素、诺维本处理后观察病理过程,另一组用上述三种药处理后分别用10%硫代硫酸钠、0.5%普鲁卡因+地塞米松,0.5%普鲁卡因+地塞米松+硫代硫酸钠解救并记录结果送病检。结果:硫代硫酸钠解救丝裂霉素、阿霉素有效,地塞米松有明显减轻局部反应的作用,“V”字形封闭优于环状封闭。结论:临床可用硫代硫酸钠解救丝裂霉素、阿霉素所致的渗漏,用新的分级标准可用来评价化疗药物渗漏反应轻重程度。
Objective: To investigate the pathologic process, stage criterion and the best treatment for skin damage caused by leakage of chemotherapy drugs in rat damage model. Methods: 126 rats were randomly divided into two group, one group was injected with Doxorubiein, Mitormycin and Vinorelbine, the another group was treated with 10% sodium thiosulfate, 0.5% procaine + dexamethyasone and 0.5% procaine + dexamethyasone + 10% sodium thlosulfate after injected with above chemotherapy drugs, respectively. Results: Sodium thiosulfate relieved rat skin damage effectively caused by leakage of Doxorubiein and Mitormycin. Dexamethyasone had obviously affect for relieving local inflammation. "V" shape blocking was better than "Circle" shape blocking. Conclusion: Sodium thiusulfate could be used for relieving skin damage caused by leakage of Doxorubicin and Mitormyein in clinical. Skin damage can be judged by a new stage criterion( Leshan Stage Criterion).
