摘要
目的探讨青年直肠癌的临床特点及诊治。方法对1995年1月至2005年12月收治的39例青年直肠癌进行回顾性分析。结果青年直肠癌恶性程度高、误诊率高、晚期病例多,疗效预后差。结论早期诊断、合理治疗可提高青年直肠癌的生存率。
Objective To explore the clinical characteristic diagnosis and treatment of juvenile patients with rectal eaneero Methods 39 patients with rectal eaneer were retrospectively analysed from January 1995 to December 2005. Results Malignant level is high,the rate misdiagnosis is high, the ease of late period is mueh, the curative effect and prognosis is bad. Conclusion The early diagnosis and effective treatment ean increase the survival rate.
