摘要
研究了水中Ca2+、Mg2+和NaCl的含量对猪皮浸酸铬鞣的影响。通过正交试验和扩大试验研究发现,Ca2+、Mg2+和NaCl对浸酸铬鞣的影响趋势为:Mg2+>NaCl>Ca2+。当水中Ca2+、Mg2+含量分别达到质量浓度为80mg/L和30mg/L时,铬吸收率大于95%,坯革的Ts均达到100℃以上。坯革粒面平细、染色均匀,物理机械性能达到同类产品指标。NaCl质量浓度高于65g/L时,不利于铬的吸收和结合。试验结果表明:水中Ca2+、Mg2+含量分别达到质量浓度为80mg/L和30mg/L时,对猪皮浸酸铬鞣无不良影响。
Abstract: The influence of Ca^2+ ,Mg^2+ and NaCl content on pickling and chrome - tanning of pigskin was studied. Through perpendicular and enlarging experiments, the impact tendency of Ca^2+ ,Mg^2+ and NaCl on pickling and chrome - tanning of splited pigskin was investigated and shown as Mg^2+ 〉 NaCl 〉 Ca^2+. The absorption rate of chrome is above 95 % and shrinking tempera- ture of crust leather is over 100℃ when the concentration of Ca^2+ and Mg^2+ in the float is up to 80 mg/L and 30 mg/L respectively. In addition, the crust leather has a fine grain and even dyed surface, and also their physical - mechamical properties accord with the standards of garment leather. It has a bad effect to the absorption of chrome when the concentration of NaCl is higher than 65 g/L. The results showe that it had no obvious influence on pickling and chrome - tanning of split pigskins, when the concentration of Ca^2+ and Mg^2+ in the float is up to 80 mg/L and 30 mg/L respectively.
