摘要
采用壳聚糖以不同比例与胶原共混以改善胶原膜性能。原子力显微镜(AFM)观察胶原膜、壳聚糖(CH)膜及各共混膜表面微观结构,差示扫描量热法(DSC)测定各膜热性能,并对各膜的膨胀率、吸湿率以及机械性能进行测定对比。结果表明:CH与胶原共混性好,CH的加入可以使胶原纤维分散膨胀,改变胶原纤维的有序交织结构,各共混比例胶原/CH膜的膨胀率都降低,吸湿性都高于胶原膜,但抗张强度都小于胶原膜,当CH在共混膜中所占比例较少时,膜的热性能得到改善。胶原与CH的最佳共混比例为3∶2,此共混膜与胶原膜相比,热变性温度基本不变(140℃),在液体中膨胀率由95·1%降至63·8%,24h吸湿率由6·6%提高至14·8%,而抗张强度只略有降低。
The properties of collagen membrane were improved by blending chitosan (CH) and collagen with different ratios. The microcosmic surface structure of collagen membrane, CH membrane and collagen/CH membranes were observed by atomic force microscopy. Thermal properties of different membranes were investigated by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC). The swelling ratio, hydroscopic and mechanical property of different membranes were determined and compared. The results show that collagen is miscible with CH, and the collagen fibers are dispersed and ordered interweave structure of collagen fibers are changed. The swelling ratios and tensile strength of collagen/CH membranes with different blend ratios reduce, but hydroscopic ratios increase and the thermal property improve while there is small amount of CH in the collagen/CH membranes. The optimal blend ratio of collagen and CH is 3:2 and the denaturation temperature( 140℃ ) of the resultant collagen/CH membrane is almost the same with that of collagen membrane. And the swelling ratio decrease from 95. 1% to 63.8% and hydroscopic ratio at 24 hours increase from 6. 6% to 14. 8% , whereas tensile strength decrease slightly.
