丙烯酸-丁烯醛共聚物与皮胶原相互作用的研究

Study on the Interaction between Poly (acrylic acid-crotonaldehyde) and Leather Collagens

从猪皮中提取皮胶原,并采用IR光谱、UV-可见光谱对其结构进行了表征。用红外光谱、沉淀法等表征手段,研究了含醛、酸基团高分子鞣剂(丙烯酸-丁烯醛共聚物)与所提取皮胶原之间的相互作用。试验结果表明:pH值、相互作用时间、温度对丙烯酸-丁烯醛共聚物与皮胶原相互作用的方式和强度,均具有明显地影响。

Collagen was extracted from pigskin and its structure was characterized by IR and UV spectrum. The interaction between poly （ acrylic acid - crotonaldehyde） and leather collagens was studied with IR and precipitation method. The results show that pH, interaction time and temperature have great influence on the mode and intensity of the interaction between poly （ acrylic acid- crotonaldehyde） and the leather collagens.
