十二胺萃取分离制革污泥淋滤液中铁和铬的方法研究 被引量:3

摘要 采用十二胺盐(RNH2Cl)为萃取剂,萃取分离制革污泥淋滤液中的Cr3+与Fe3+。结果表明,在pH=2左右,采用10%RNH3Cl-10%正辛醇-正己烷萃取体系,Fe3+的萃取率达到99%,有效地分离了制革污泥淋滤液中的Fe和Cr。并且以1mol·L-1的盐酸作为反萃剂反萃负载有机相,单级反萃率可以达到90%左右。针对试验中产生的两相乳化现象,破乳条件为:80℃、NaCl的浓度15g·L-1,两相在10min即可分层。 Extraction of Cr^3+ and Fe^3+ from the bio - leachate derived from tannery sludge had been investigated using 1 - docananamine (RNH2). Fe^3+ extraction of 99% by 10% RNH3Cl - 10% n -octanol- n -hexane was obtained at equilibrium pH values of 2. The recovery of Cr and Fe loaded in RNH3Cl was also examined by using 1mol·L^-1 HCl as a stripping solution. The results showed recovery of 90% was achieved by once contact. Because of emulsifying between two phases ( water and oil), deemulsifying condition as follow: 80℃ ,concentration of NaCl 15g·L^-1. The two phases can be separated at 10min.
