摘要
从定量分析的角度出发建立了建设用地集约利用指标体系,采用主成分分析法对2001-2005年井研县建设用地利用现状进行了分析。结果表明:井研县建设用地利用的趋势是向更加集约和节约利用的方向发展。在评价分析的基础上,对该县建设用地的集约和节约利用提出对策。
From the perspective of the quantifieational analysis, an index system of the construction land intensive utilization was established. The actuality of the construction land utilization in Jingyan county from 2001 to 2005 was studied by means of the principal component analysis. The results indicated that the construction land utilization in Jingyan county was more and more intensive. Based on the analysis, some cuntermeasures were put forward .
