产地是农产品质量建设的源头,要保障农产品质量安全就必须从产地抓起,实施源头控制。分析我国农产品产地监督执法体系的现状及其缺陷,提出完善该体系的对策与建议。

Producing area is the source of agricultural products quality construction. In order to safeguard agricultural products quality safety, the source control should be implemented. In this article, the present situation and the shortcomings of the surveillance and law enforcement system of agricultural products in Chinese production area were analyzed. And several, countenreasures were put forward.
