摘要
回顾国外学者在关系质量方面的研究成果,探讨企业与顾客之间关系质量的决定因素以及关系质量给企业带来的可能影响,并在此基础上,整合、构建一般性的关系质量因果模型,提出未来研究的建议。
The studies of the relationship quality were reviewed. The decisive factors of the relationship quality between the enterprise and the consumer and the possible influence brought by the relationship quality to the enterprise were analyzed. And the cause-effect model was constructed. The suggestions of the research in the future were put forward.
