摘要
简述全球定位系统坐标系统的转换及参数设置方法,并应用GPS eTrex手持式定位仪对云南禄劝县野生何首乌地理位置进行定位,为长期跟踪观测,分析生态环境变化对何首乌资源变化的影响提供了条件,为今后国家中药资源地理信息系统的建立提供基础数据。
The paper briefly introduces conversion of coordinate system and parameter setting of global positioning system （GPS）. which provides good support for long- termed track observation, analysis and the influence of ecological environmental change on Polygonum muhiflorurn resource, providing the basic data for the establishment of geographical information system of National resource of traditional chinese medicine in the future in Luquan county in Yunnan province by GPS eTrex.
