艾迪注射液加顺铂胸腔化疗治疗恶性胸腔积液30例

Observation about Chemotherapy With Platinum and Aidi Injection in Pleural Effusion (Chest Cavity Accumulates Fluid) Caused by Malignant Tumor

目的:观察中药艾迪注射液加顺铂治疗恶性肿瘤胸腔积液疗效。方法:艾迪注射液加顺铂为治疗组,单纯应用顺铂治疗为对照组,观察对比两组治疗效果。结果:治疗组疗效明显好于对照组,两组比较差异有显著性意义。结论:艾迪注射液能与顺铂产生抗癌协同作用,减轻化疗毒副反应。

Objective： Observe effective about Chinese herb AIDI injection and platinum on treatment of chest cavity accumulates fluid caused by malignant tumor. Method： 60 patients were randomly divided into two groups, 30 patients were treated with Chinese herb AIDI injection and platinum as treated group, while 28 patients were treat with platinum as the control group. The TESS scale was used in the two groups and those groups were compared after three weeks. Results： There were significantly differences in Tess scales between two groups. Conclusion： The treated group indicate that AIDI injection has cooperative effect with platinum on treatment malignant tumor, and reduces poisonouseffect, side - effect of chemotherapy.
