摘要
小肠出血约占整个消化道出血的3％～5％，但由于小肠有3～7m，迂曲重叠，活动度大，故胃肠钡剂不易显示病变，而内镜又不能进入到全部小肠，所以，其诊断较为困难。而小肠血管畸形伴出血由于缺乏有效的影像学诊断手段，是多年来一直困扰临床医师的棘手问题。近年来随着各种检查手段的改进，肠道血管畸形病例的检出率日益提高。
The incidence of small intestinal hemorrhage was 3 % to 5 % of alimentary tract hemorrhase. It was difficult in diagnosing small intestinal hemorrhage because the small intestine was long, circuitousandmobile, and the lesions were diffcult in developing in barium swallow and endoscope. For less effective imasing examination, the diasnosis of small intestinal vascular malformation complicated with hemorrhage was difficult. The detective rate of intestinal vascular malformation increased with the improvement of various examination technique.
