摘要
以大豆油为原料,通过真空负压工艺下的热聚合反应合成大豆油墨连接料。分别对保温时间、保温温度和催化剂蒽醌加入量进行单因素实验。结果表明,最佳工艺条件为:保温温度控制在320℃以内,保温时间控制在4 h以内,加入催化剂蒽醌的量控制在7%以内。
Taking soybean oil as raw material, the vehicle of soy ink was synthesized by heat polymerization under vacuum technology. The heat preservation time, the heat preservation temperature and the dosage of anthraquinone was analyzed by single factor experiments. The results showed that the suitable conditions of this technology were that the heat preservation temperature should he controlled under 320℃, the heat preservation time should he controlled under 4 hours, and the dosage of anthraquinone should be controlled under 7%.
