摘要
简要阐述了制管行业的现状及发展趋势。分析了国家标准GB/T 14164-1993修订的必要性、修订的原则以及修订中存在的难点,并提出了相应的解决措施,据此对标准作了科学、合理的修订。
This article briefly introduces the present situation and developing trends of pipe manufacturing sector, analyzes the necessity for the revision of GB/T 14164 - 1996 national standard, the principle of revision and existing problems in revision, puts forward the corresponding measures, and revises the standard scientifically and reasonably according to these measures.
