企业作为市场经济的主体，作为社会经济发展的驱动力，如何坚持以人为本，如何坚持全面、和谐、科学的发展，这是每一个企业首先要思考和实践的问题，也是贯彻落实中央提出的科学发展观的前提。企业的发展为什么是建立在科学的基础上，这是社会发展的客观要求，如果企业的发展以牺牲社会的主体利益和社会环境为代价，那么这种发展给人类带来的命运将是悲惨而可怕的。从中外企业发展的历程看。

What’s the fundation for development of enterprises? If the price of their development is main interests of the society and social envorienment, the fate of human being brought buy the development is terrible. Considering the developing course of both Chinese and foreign enterprises, incalculable ones have resulted in catastrophic miserable lessons . So the development of enterprises should be supported by their social responsibility. No social responsibility leads to no development of enterprises. The concept of social responsility should be the precondition of development concept of enterprises.
