摘要
运用SAP 2000程序对尿素造粒塔结构进行了整体有限元分析,对不同工况下的单一荷载和荷载组合进行了计算,应用造粒塔及其框架的有限元模型,对各组合工况下结构的变形、应力及框架的位移进行了分析,得出影响尿素造粒塔结构的控制荷载组合,并在尿素造粒塔传统设计的基础上进行了优化设计。应用结果表明,在7.5级地震状态下该塔结构完好无损。
Using the SAP 2000 program , the integral finite element analysis was made for the structure of urea prilling tower, calculation was made for single load and load composition under different operating conditions, using the finite element model of prilling tower and frame, the deformation of structure, stress and displacement of structure were analyzed under different load compositions, the effect factor of controlling load composition on the urea priIling tower structure was found, optimal design was made on basis of traditional design of urea prilling tower. The usage result indicates that the structure of this prilling tower is very good without damage under condition with 7.5 class seismic.
