摘要
为使中压变换系统在不增加较大投资的前提下由中串低工艺稳定地过渡到中低低工艺,对饱和塔、热交换器、调温水加热器等设备进行了改造,对工艺流程、热水循环量和中变催化剂的配置进行了优化,对改造前后变换系统运行数据进行了对比,结果表明,改造后蒸汽消耗由每班98.7t下降到56.2t,变换气中CO体积分数达到1.2%。1.5%的净化要求。
In order to make the middle pressure shift system changing from middle-low pressure process transiting stably to middle-low-low pressure process, under presupposition without adding more invest, reformation was made for equipment of saturation tower, heat exchanger and heater for tempera- ture adjustment etc. , optimization was made for arrangements of process flow, hot water circulation quantity and middle pressure shift catalyst, comparison was made for operating data in shifting system after and before reformation, the result indicates that the steam consume for each shift is decreased from 58. 7 ton to 56.2 ton. the ourification recquirement of CO volume fraction( i. e. l. 2% - 1.5% ) in shift gas can be reached.
