摘要
应用放射配体结合分析检测感染性疾病患者115例的外周血淋巴细胞雄激素受体(AR)及雄雌素受体(ER).同时应用放免分析检测血浆雌二醇(E_2)和睾酮(T).结果为:1.各感染组血浆E2和T与对照组差异不显著;2.各感染组ER的Bmax均明显低于对照组(均P<0.05);Kd值无明显改变;3.各感染组AR的Bmax和Kd值与对照组相比,差异不显著。表明患者血浆E_2水平虽然正常,但由于ER降低,E_2的增强免疫和抵抗力的作用不能充分发挥,故易患感染性疾病或反复发生感染。
Estradiol receptor (ER) and androgen receptor (AR) in the peripheral lymphocytes were studied with 3H-estradiol ([C3H]T) as ligand in the patients with infections disease and the levels of estrogen (E2) and testosterone (T) were simultaneously measured by RIA. The patients included 15 common cold,30 virus B hepatitis, 10 typhoid fever,35 pneumonia and 25 fugus infestion.1.Plasma levels of E2 and T of the patients were not different from those of the controls; 2. Bmax of ER in patients was significantly lower than that of the healthy subjects (p<0.05), while Kd of ER in both groups was similar;3 No statistical defference between Bmax and Kd of AR in both groups was found. The findings indicated that immunity of the host can not be enhanced by E2 due to the lowering binding capacity of ER despite of the normal level of E2 in the patients and the patients and the changes of ER and AR are involved in the pathogenesis of the infections diseases.
