本文介绍了人白细胞介素２（ＩＬ－２）的放射免疫分析，本法操作快速、简便、准确、特异性强、ＩＬ－２与其他淋巴因子及相似物的交叉反应率均小于０．０１％，灵敏度可达０．０５ｎｇ／ｍｌ；批内变异系数为６．６％，批间变异系数为７．７％；该方法初步应用于临床，通过测定血清、尿液、淋巴细胞培养液中ＩＬ－２含量，在与免疫相关疾病的临床诊断和应用上具有较大的意义。

We have developed a simple, specific radioimmunoassay for human interleukin-2 with a minimal crossreactivity to other cytokines.The limit of detection of the assay was approximately 0.05ng/ml.The intra-assay CV was 6.6% and inter-assay CV 7.7%. The measurement of IL-2 in serum, urine and the culture media of lymphocytes has momentous significance on clinical practice and diagnosis.
