脂联素对人脐静脉内皮细胞的LOX-1、MIP-1α、MCP-1表达的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨脂联素对血管内皮细胞LOX-1、MIP-1α、MCP-1表达的影响,以揭示脂联素抗动脉粥样硬化的可能机制。方法运用RT-PCR测定在不同浓度脂联素作用下,内皮细胞上TNF-浕介导的LOX-1、MIP-1α、MCP-1mRNA的表达。结果LOX-1、MCP-1及MIP-1mRNA表达在单纯TNF-浕刺激组较高,加入低剂量脂联素对于LOX-1、MCP-1及MIP-1mRNA表达影响不大(P〉0.05),而随着脂联素剂量的升高,LOX-1、MCP-1及MIP-1mRNA的表达明显下降,脂联素浓度为10-30mg/L时与TNF-浕刺激组相比LOX-1、MCP-1及MIP-1的mRNA表达有明显统计学差异(P〈0.01),且呈剂量依赖性。结论中等以上浓度的脂联素可以有效抑制MIP-1α、MCP-1、LOX-1的在内皮细胞上的表达.
