The design process of vehicle data acquisition system, based on USB host, is expatiated. A convenient method to store data of FCEV （ Fuel Cell Electric Vehicle） is offered based on the embedded USB host. The storage data is analyzed to develop and perfect the control system strategy. The data curve can show vehicle running status actually in the analysis of off - line data.
