摘要
设计了一种数字式水箱液位实时监控系统,该控制系统是用MCS-51系列单片机及其相关硬件来实现的,利用传感器测量液位数据,应用VB6.0MSComm控件,通过RS-232串口传送数据到上位机实时显示现场测量数据。液位低于用户设定的值时,系统自动打开泵上水;当水位到达设定值时,系统自动关闭水泵。经试运行表明,该控制系统设计合理、可行。
A kind of digital real - time monitoring and controlling system of water tanks is designed. The graphic of the hardware and the procedure of software are presented. The system is realized by using MCS -51 micro - controller and some hardware. It uses a sensor to measure liquid level, applies the VB6.0 MSComm widget, and uses RS -232 serial interface to send data to the host PC ,which can display real -time data from measure locales. When the liquid level is under initialization, it can open water pump automatically, vice versa. Used for several months, performance of the system shows to be reasonable and available.
