合作创新是知识经济时代企业的重要战略形式,是企业组织间的知识转移获取外部知识和能力的重要途径。合作创新要求企业间能够进行有效的知识交流与知识共享,实现知识在组织间的转移是合作创新的一个非常重要的功能。研究了合作创新过程中所转移的知识类别,并按照知识转移中风险发生的大致阶段,将知识转移过程中的风险概括为:前-中阶段的转移主体能力与协作风险、转移过程中知识受损的风险和知识转移中-后阶段产生的知识产权风险。

Cooperative R＆D is the important strategic form of the enterprise innovation in the knowledge era, and it is also the important way to gain exterior knowledge and the competence. The cooperative innovation process requests enterprise carry on the effective knowledge exchange and knowledge sharing. One of the most important functions of the cooperative R＆D is the knowledge transfer between organizations. Based on the cooperative innovation, the knowledge categories in the knowledge transfer process are studied and the knowledge transfer risks in the whole process are summarized as：participant＇s ability and cooperation risk in the pre - middle stage, knowledge injury risk in the middle stage and the intellectual property right risk in the middle - after stage.
