膀胱肿瘤患者血清肿瘤坏死因子、白细胞介素－2的水平及临床意义

摘要
应用放射免疫方法对５８例膀胱肿瘤患者血清ＴＮＦα、ＩＬ－２进行检测，并与正常对照组比较。结果表明：膀胱肿瘤患者血清ＴＮＦα显著高于正常对照组（Ｐ＜０．０１），而血清ＩＬ－２明显低于正常对照组（Ｐ＜０．０１）。ＴＮＦα和ＩＬ－２水平与膀胱肿瘤分级无差异（Ｐ＞０．０５）。
