人工流产女性生殖道感染及其相关因素分析

Related factors of reproductive tract infections in induced abortion

目的了解人工流产女性生殖道感染(RTIs)的患病情况并分析其影响因素。方法对新乡市妇幼保健院2002年7月至2005年7月收治人工流产的女性300例进行常规妇科检查、取阴道分泌物检测阴道清洁度、滴虫、念珠菌、淋球菌、衣原体等,并对其婚姻状况、流产史、初次性交年龄等相关情况进行调查,记录有关数据,分析统计结果。结果流产史(OR=6.496,95%C:I 4.047-10.351)、初次性交年龄(OR=0.804,95%C:I 0.746-0.868)、配偶健康状况(OR=1.340,95%C:I 0.609-1.960)、婚姻状况(OR=1.212,95%C:I 0.617-1.699)等因素和RTIs呈正相关(P<0.05),卫生措施(OR=0.709,95%CI:0.557-0.902)和RTIs呈负相关,统计分析存在显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论未婚、既往有流产史、初次性交年龄较小、配偶健康状况欠佳可能是RTIs的危险因素;个人卫生措施可能是RTIs的保护因素。

Objective To learn reproductive tract infections（RTIs） among induced abortion female and analysis the related factors. Methods A hospital-based prevalence survey and analyzed were performed to investigate the characteristics of induced abortion female（ 300 cases）through questionaries including marriage state, abortion history, age of first sexual congress and clinical examinations including routine gynecologic examination and clearing vagina, infusorian, Monilia, Diplococcus gonorrhoeae and chlamydia from July,2002 to July,2005. Results Marriage state,abortion history,age of first sexual congress,mate health status were positive correlation with RTIs（P 〈0.05 ）, Health measure was negative correlation with RTIs（P 〈0.05 ）. Condusion Abortion history, age of first sexual congress, mate health status and marriage status are risk factors of RTIs, while personal health measure is protective factor.
