摘要
采用了AFLP技术分析了槭属十一种植物的遗传多样性,从12对AFLP引物中筛选出5对多态性高、分辨率清晰的引物,其中选择最优的3个引物组合分别扩增出101、163、178条多态性带。三对引物(E+ACG/M+ CAG、E+ACA/M+CAT、E+AAC/M+CAC)共扩增出484条带。分析结果按UPGMA类平均法进行聚类,聚类结果显示将11种械属植物聚为I、Ⅱ、Ⅲ三大类,其中羊角槭和栓皮槭,长尾秀丽槭和毛脉槭,复叶槭与剑叶槭之间的亲缘关系最近。
Genetic diversity of 11 Acer species was analyzed by AFLPs. Five pairs of primer with high polymorphism and powerful distinctiveness were selected from 12 ones. Three AFLP primer combinations revealed 101, 163, 178 polymorph bands respectively. 3 primers combinations could produce 484 AFLP bands. The AFLPs analysis were clustered by UPGMA and showed that 11 Acer species could be divided into three groups. The closest genetic distances exist between A. yangjuechi and A. campestre, A. elegantulum var. macrurum and A. pubinerve, A. negundo and A. sino-oblongum.
