摘要 分析了ZnO薄膜的发光特性。结果表明,ZnO薄膜的红光发射与氧空位和间隙位锌有关,绿光和蓝光的发射不但与氧空位和间隙位锌有关,还和锌空位有关。 The analysis of the optical characteristics of ZnO films shows that the emission of red light is related with the Vo and Zni, and that the green light and blue light's emission are not only related with the Vo and Zni but also concerned with the VZn.
