摘要
21-4N钢冷拉坯的折迭、裂纹、椭圆度是冷拉开裂的主要原因。坯料固溶温度为1120℃,保温时间为(0.5~1)h,半成品固溶处理时快速升温等措施都可减少冷拉开裂率。
The main reasons for the cold-drawing cracking are the folding crack of 21-4N cold-drawing steel blanks and the degree of ellipse. The measures included the solM solution temperature for blanks being 1 120 ℃, the thermal insulation time being 0. 5 h-1 h, and quickly rising in temperature as the solid solution treatmont of senti-finished products all can decrease the cold-drawing cracking ratio.
