摘要
理论和历史实践表明股份制是“个人所有制”的有效实现形式,“个人所有制”特征在股份制这种经济组织形式中得到了充分的体现。“个人所有制”理论既解释了西方资本主义社会出现诸多社会主义因素的现象,也为我国现阶段的股份制改造指明了方向。随着股份制在西方和东方的普遍建立,马克思要“重新建立个人所有制”的科学预言正在冲破传统观念束缚而变为现实,并逐渐显示出其划时代的指导意义。
The theory and practice in history indicate that the effective implementing form of ＂individual ownership＂ is the share-holding system. The characteristics of ＂the individual ownership＂ have been sufficiently embodied in the economic organization form of share-holding system. The essay demonstrates that the scientific prophesy of Marx on ＂the re-establishment of individual property＂ has come into existence on the basis of analyzing the theories on Marxist ＂individual ownership＂ and the share-holding system, the development of west share-holding system and Chinese share-holding system, and the process of implementing ＂individual ownership＂ by perfecting the share-holding system continuously. Marxist scientific prophesy has broken the traditional chain in mind, and gradually shows its epoch-making significance.
