摘要
循环经济实质上是一种生态经济。论述了循环经济的内涵及特征,分析了循环经济的区别;指出发展包装产业可以从企业、区域和社会3个层面上形成一体化的循环经济体系。
The circular economy is essentially ecological economy. The paper discusses the connotation and characteristics of circular economy and analyzes the particularity of circular economy. It also points out that packaging industry can form an integrated circular economic system in levels of enterprises, regions and society.
