摘要
从分析我国国有商业银行内部激励机制的改革实践入手,总结国有商业银行内部激励机制存在的不足,探索有利于发挥国有商业银行经营者和普通员工积极性与创造性的环境及激励因素,并提出若干建议:构建多元化的国有商业银行激励机制;多途径多渠道的创建良好的激励环境。
By analyzing the reform of the interior encouraging system in state-owned commercial banks, this paper summarizes the existing shortages and explores the environment and encouraging factors that help to exert the enthusiasm and creativity of the operators and the employees in state-owned commercial banks. It also puts forward some suggestions such as building multi-leveled encouraging system and establishing favorable encouraging environment through various approaches and channels.
