摘要
文本具有差异性、多元性、语言性与历史性,全科医学是20世纪60—70年代兴起的一门以人为本,提供连续性服务的医学。从后现代哲学的文本理论来理解其思维能更好的理解全科医学,并且对培养全科医生的思维有启发意义。
The text has difference, diversity, language and history features. General medicine, a branch of medicine emerging in the 60 and 70s of 20th Century which takes man as its core and provides continuous service. Understanding its way of thinking from text theory of post-modernistic philosophy can help understand general medicine and has much instructive meaning to the cultivation of general practitioners' thinking.
