阐述了当前实验教学存在的问题，分析了实验教学体系难于形成的原因，指出了实验教学体系构建对人才培养的重要性和必要性，提出了加快实验教学体系构建的建议。
The paper studies the problems of lab teaching and analyzes the causes of difficulty in forming the lab teaching system. It points out the importance and necessity of constructing the system to talents training, and puts forward suggestions on how to construct experiment teaching system.
