摘要
深入探讨了学习型组织理论的内涵,认真分析了我国研究生培养的现状,提出在研究生培养中创建学习性组织的四点思考:转变导师观念、系统规划科研活动、加强师生联系和强化知识管理,以提高研究生的综合素质。
In this paper, the authors discuss the connotation of learning-oriented organization theory, analyze the actuality of graduate education in China, and put forward some ideas of the establishment of learning-oriented organization in graduate education: transforming academic supervisors' concepts, making a systematic plan of research activities, and strengthening the contact between advisors and students and knowledge management so as to improve graduates' comprehensive quality.
