摘要
注射成型的精确性依赖于尺寸的准确性和时间的稳定性,而这又与熔体在型腔中的热固特性的分布密切相关。以手机麦克风为例,通过可视化注射成型过程中气泡和熔接痕形成过程,阐述其形成的原因,并找出相应解决问题的办法。利用moldflow软件进行有限元建模,模拟计算,实现整个过程的可视化。通过动态模拟型腔填充过程,着重强调气泡和熔接痕的形成,而这用数值绘图的方法一般是很难实现的。在不同方案的比较中展开优化设计,并提出优化设计方案。
Precision in injection molding requires dimensional accuracy and stability in time, which are related to the distribution of a number of thermo mechanical properties across the material. The distribution determines the forming process of bubble and melt crack which cause the bad quality. By visualizing the problems during injection molding process, this paper presents the process of bubble and melt-crack, the reasons for formation and how to reduce the possibility of formation. The paper uses Moldflow Software to model and compute. This investigation focuses on the identification and visualization of the problems during injection molding process to help to understand the causes of the problems and thus find the solution through simulation techniques. Different plans are compared, and the injection molding process is optimized.
