摘要
通过探索试验、正交试验、单因素试验等方法研制了一种新型三价铬彩色钝化工艺。该工艺操作简单,安全可靠。并对彩色钝化膜进行了Tafel曲线测试、阻抗测试、腐蚀电流试验和中性盐雾试验。结果表明,彩虹色钝化膜具有良好的耐蚀性,96 h中性盐雾试验没有出现白锈。
A new trivalent chromium iridescent passivafion process for zinc coating is developed through probing test, orthogonal experiment and single-factor test. The iridescent passivation film is also tested by Tafel curve test, impedance measurement and corrosion cun^nt test and neutral salt spray test. The experimental results show that the iridescent passivation film has a good corrosion resistance, which can withstand 96 hours of neutral salt spray test without white rust.
