摘要
介绍了某半导体公司在现有含氟废水沉淀法处理工艺的基础上,通过调整对废水中污染物的处理顺序、改变反应的条件和环境、增加沉淀过程中的污泥回流等对比试验,改进工艺,使排放水中的F-离子的质量浓度从16 mg/L左右进一步降低到6 mg/L左右,提高了环境质量。
On the basis of the present process of treating the fluorine containing wastewater in a semiconductor corporation, the treating order of the contaminants in the waste water is adjusted, the reaction conditions and environment are changed, and the sludge counter-flow is increased in the process of sedimentation, as a result the mass concentration of F^- ion in the effluent have been reduced from 16 mg/L to 6 mg/L, meeting the requirements on strengthening environment management and improving environment quality.
