摘要
市场经济的快速发展,使原有的MIS系统已不能适应现今高通用性高灵活性的功能变化,柔性MIS应运而生.介绍了柔性MIS的概念、特点及其开发模型,应用柔性MIS的开发思想分别从结构柔性、数据柔性、界面柔性等方面入手,设计开发了铁路通信资源管理系统,有效适应了MIS系统多层次、多用途、多变化的需求.
With the fast development of market economy, the original MIS can＇t adapt to the high versatile and high flexible function change, so the flexible MIS arises at the historic moment. The concept, the characteristics and the model of the flexible MIS are presented. The flexible MIS thought is realized in railroad communication resource management system from structure flexibility, data flexibility, surface flexibility and so on. The MIS meets the user＇s demand on multi-layers, multi-purposes and multi-change.
