摘要
测定了核桃新品种金薄香系列1~10号和山西绵核桃的1年生枝条在不同温度处理下电解质渗出率的变化规律。结果表明:随着低温胁迫的加强,枝条组织的电解质渗出率明显上升,金薄香1~10号的电解质渗出率均高于山西绵核桃的电解质渗出率,说明金薄香1~10号的抗寒性弱于山西绵核桃。其中,金薄香1,2,3,5,7,8,9,10号与山西绵核桃间存在极显著差异,而金薄香4,6号与山西绵核桃间无显著差异,因此认为金薄香系列中4号和6号的抗寒性相对较强,优于其他8个品种。推测11个品种抗寒性强弱顺序为山西绵核桃〉金薄香6号〉金薄香4号〉金薄香3号〉金薄香8号〉金薄香7号〉金薄香1号〉金薄香2号〉金薄香5号〉金薄香9号〉金薄香10号。但上述品种的抗寒性尚有待于田间验证。
The change law of the electrolyte leakage rate of one-yea-old branches at different temperature was studied with walnut new varieties Jinboxiang series of No. 1 to No. 10 and Shanximian Walnut. The results showed that : the tissue relative electrolyte leakage increased obviously with strengthen of low temperature stress. The electrolyte leakage rate of Jinboxiang series of No. 1 to No. 10 were higher than the Shanximian Walnut, therefore it could be considered that the cold resistance of Jinboxiang series of No. 1 to No. 10 were weaker than Shanximian Walnut. There was extremely significant difference between Jinboxiang No. 1, No.2, No.3, No. 5, No.7, No. 8, No.9, No. 10 and Shanximian Walnut, and there was no significant difference between Jinboxiang No.4, No. 6 and Shanximian Walnut. Thus it was considered that the cold resistance of Jinboxiang No.4 and No.6 were relative strong, and more excellent than others. It could inferred that the order of cold resistance was : Shanximian Walhut 〉 Jinboxiang 6 〉 Jinboxiang 4 〉 Jinboxiang 3 〉 Jinboxiang 8 〉 Jinboxiang 7 〉 Jinboxiang 1 〉 Jinboxiang 2 〉 Jinboxiang 5 〉 Jinboxiang 9 〉 Jinboxiang 10.
