RT-PCR法半定量检测不同逆境胁迫下TaGSK1基因的表达 被引量:4

摘要 利用RT-PCR法检测在盐、ABA、冷胁迫下TaGSK1基因的表达,结果表明,该基因在这几种胁迫下的表达均有提高,说明TaGSK1基因在对抗盐、ABA和冷逆境胁迫信号通路中具有重要作用。 The expression of TaGSK1 was examined in the stresses of salt, ABA and cold by the method of RT- PCR. The results showed that the expression of TaGSK1 was increased in these stresses and indicated that TaGSK1 was an important factor in the signal pathway of salt, ABA and cold resistance.
