摘要
以亚洲小车蝗二龄蝗蝻为供试昆虫,对德国柏陶公司生产的可可油杀虫剂进行了毒力测定,同时以马拉硫磷为对照药剂进行毒力测定,比较二者对亚洲小车蝗在毒力方面的差异性,进而明确可可油杀虫剂对亚洲小车蝗二龄蝗蝻的基础毒性,为以后抗药性鉴定奠定基础。测定结果表明,2条毒力回归曲线LD50相差较大,可可油对亚洲小车蝗二龄蝗蝻的杀虫活性远不如马拉硫磷,2条直线的坡度不同,说明2种药剂对亚洲小车蝗的敏感性存在差异。
The virulence of theobrome oil pesticide against Oedaleus asiaticus B. was assayed by using second instar nymph and its diversity of virulence was compared with control insecticides malathion to make clear its basis virulence, which lays a foundation for pesticide resistance assessment. The results showed that the two values of LD50 had significant difference. Theobrome oil pesticide insecticidal activity was lower than Malathion, two insecticides had difference in susceptibility against Oedaleus asiaticus B.
