凝胶渗透色谱-十八角激光散射仪(GPC-MALLS)的应用:浓度、流量、温度对高分子分子量及其分布的影响 被引量:16

摘要 采用凝胶渗透色谱(GPC)/示差折光指数(RI)/十八角激光散射仪(MALLS)联用技术,以乙二胺改性聚乳酸(DMPLA)为样品,溶解于四氢呋喃(THF)中,先单机测定其dn/dc(比折光指数增量)值与A2(第二瑞利系数)值,后在不同的浓度、流量、温度条件下,研究其分子量及其分子量分布的变化。结果表明:dn/dc值为0.0521±0.0017 mL/g,A2值为(4.518±0.613)e-3 mol mL/g?,随着浓度、流速的增加,分子量也在增加,对分布影响不大,温度对分子量的测定影响不大,然而经过分析,认为在3.0mg/ml、1.0ml/min、34℃时测量的数据比较合适。 The applications of gel permeation chromatography(GPC) coupled with the eighteen angle laser scattering detector for the dn/dc value of the DMPLA in THF solution. And the shift of molecular weight ,size distribution in different concentration, flow speed, temperature. The result is as follows: dn/dc is 0. 0521 + 0. 0017 mL/g,A2is (4. 518 ± 0. 613)e - 3 mol mL/ g^2, the molecular weight increase along with concentration, flow speed increasing without temperature, the distribution don't change. It is reliability that the result comes from the equipment under 3.0mg/ml,1.0ml/min,34℃ condition.
